you saw the villains, now here are the heroes!
1. Batman (Batman the Animated Series): let's face it, you can't talk about animated Batman without someone remember this version! He's mysterious, brooding, and able to take any threat in the night, and major props to Kevin Conroy for the voice
2. Spectacular Spider-man: while the 1990's Spider-man seemed to me a bit bland and way too talkative (Seriously they can't go 5 minutes without a piece of dialogue with pointless exposition or a science lesson), this version felt a bit more realistic. He sounds like an actual teenager, with real teenage issues, and he's still bad-ass! I'm still really upset they ended the show, it had potential!
3. Sam & Max: no matter what version they're in, they'll take the law and beat down bad guys in their own twisted and over-the-top ways!
4. Mane Six (My Little Pony Friendship is Magic): if it was 2 years ago, these ponies wouldn't be anywhere on this list.... BUT I CAN'T HELP IT!!! THEY'RE SO CUTE AND THEIR SHOW IS ACTUALLY WELL-WRITTEN AND TAKING IT'S AUDIENCE SERIOUSLY!!!!!
5. Dudley Puppy (T.U.F.F. Puppy): he may be a dimwit, but that's just what makes him awesome! ...well that and being voiced by Jerry Trainor helps alot
6. Arcee (Transformers Prime): Like I said, until Prime came around, I wasn't into Transformers. But after checking it out, I have to say my favorite Autobot is Arcee. She's tough, but she's caring, and if you mess with her or her partners, she will mess you up!!
7. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2012): I'm probably gonna get kicked for this..... but I wasn't much of a Ninja Turtles fan in the beginning (I was a Power Ranger boy then, and I still am now). But then I saw the commercials for this new version of the turtles playing about 100 times, I decided to give it a shot..... and I LIKED!!! I don't think I can hate any of the turtles: Leo's a good leader, Donnie's a nerd but he's cool, Raf's attitude can be a bit much but he's just trying to prove himself, and of course Mikey's my favorite turtle!
8. Green Lantern: when I heard of the Green Lantern animated series, I decided to check it out.... and I think it's awesome! It's cleanly animated, the story's really good, Josh Keaton is awesome as Hal, but I find myself pissed off that Cartoon Network isn't re-showing new episodes til January.... after a whole summer of nothing!!!!!
9. Iron Man: ....what else can I say? He's just awesome
10. Teen Titans: a perfect combo of humor and action..... and it ended on a cliffhanger!
